Our Showman 6X features the same bold, archival Western profile made famous by the Hollywood legend. Handcrafted in Texas from resilient 6X fur felt with a statement-making 4 ½” to 6 ½” sloped Gus crown and 5” bound-edge brim, the Showman 6X casts an iconic shadow while providing full protection from the elements.
Complementing its genuine leather sweatband and full satin liner, the Showman is finished with a wide grosgrain hat band and branding-iron hat pin bearing the initials “JBS”, a nod to our founder, John B. , whose pioneering legacy lives on in every hat we sell.

Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $75 or more; orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.95. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with tags in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the buyer, unless your item arrived damaged, wrong, or never arrived — in those cases we replace it or refund you in full and cover the postage.

Natural felt, fur, straw and leather vary slightly in grain and shade from piece to piece — that is the material, not a defect.
