Handwoven one strand at a time in the U.S.A. from 20X quality shantung straw, the Saddleman combines our legendary craftsmanship with our new Wear Ready profile—which features a 4 ⅛” low cattleman crown and 4 ¼” shovel front brim. It has a black 2-ply grosgrain ribbon hatband with JBS branding iron pin—a nod to our founder John B. , whose trailblazing legacy lives on in everything we make—and a DRI-LEX® absorbent sweatband provides that a cool, comfortable fit.

Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $75 or more; orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.95. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with tags in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the buyer, unless your item arrived damaged, wrong, or never arrived — in those cases we replace it or refund you in full and cover the postage.

Natural felt, fur, straw and leather vary slightly in grain and shade from piece to piece — that is the material, not a defect.
