A true icon, the Range 6X combines legendary quality and classic western style in one timeless package. The Range is crafted from our proprietary 6X fur felt, which is prized for its durability and elegant feel, and, as with all hats that come out of our factory in Texas, each Range is touched by more than 100 sets of hands during production, resulting in a hat that is designed and built to stand the test of time. Its versatile profile features a 4 3/8” medium cattleman crown with a 3” slightly curved brim that’s a little more town-friendly than most wide brim western hats. It’s finished with a 2-ply cord hat band, removable feather detail and a JBS branding iron hat pin, a nod to the trailblazing legacy of our founder John B. . A handsewn genuine leather sweatband and full satin liner provide a time-tested fit and premium comfort.

Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $75 or more; orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.95. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery normally takes another 3–7 business days, and you'll receive a tracking link by email. Full details on our Shipping Policy.
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with tags in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the buyer, unless your item arrived damaged, wrong, or never arrived — in those cases we replace it or refund you in full and cover the postage.

Each product page lists that hat’s available sizes and its X rating — the higher the X, the finer the felt or straw. Measure around your head just above the ears and match the closest size. Natural felt, fur, straw and leather vary slightly in grain and shade from piece to piece — that is the material, not a defect.
