The Munford 6X combines classic western style and legendary quality in one timeless package. It’s crafted from our proprietary 6X quality fur felt, which is prized for its durability and elegant feel, and is touched by more than 100 sets of hands during production at our factory in Texas, resulting in a hat that is designed and built to stand the test of time. It has a 4 ⅝” medium cattleman crown with a 4 ¼” medium curve brim and features a matching self-felt hatband with three-piece engraved gold-tone buckle set with green inset stones. A handsewn genuine leather sweatband and full satin liner provide a time-tested fit and premium comfort.

Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $75 or more; orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.95. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with tags in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the buyer, unless your item arrived damaged, wrong, or never arrived — in those cases we replace it or refund you in full and cover the postage.

Each product page lists that hat’s available sizes and its X rating — the higher the X, the finer the felt or straw. Measure around your head just above the ears and match the closest size. Natural felt, fur, straw and leather vary slightly in grain and shade from piece to piece — that is the material, not a defect.
