Handwoven one strand at a time in the U.S.A. from 20X quality shantung straw, the Canyon combines our legendary craftsmanship with our new Wear Ready profile—which features a 4 ⅛” low cattleman crown and 4 ¼” shovel front brim. It has a studded leather hatband with hat pin. Eyelets in the crown provide extra circulation and a DRI-LEX® absorbent sweatband ensures a cool, comfortable fit.

Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $75 or more; orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.95. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with tags in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the buyer, unless your item arrived damaged, wrong, or never arrived — in those cases we replace it or refund you in full and cover the postage.

Each product page lists that hat’s available sizes and its X rating — the higher the X, the finer the felt or straw. Measure around your head just above the ears and match the closest size. Natural felt, fur, straw and leather vary slightly in grain and shade from piece to piece — that is the material, not a defect.
