Handmade in the U.S.A. of durable, weather-resistant 4X quality buffalo felt, the Broken Bow 4X features an iconic 4" x 5" sloped Gus crown with a cattleman crease and a 4 3/8" brim. Its rugged style is augmented by a leather hat band with antique brass-tone studs and side tie and a removable turkey feather detail. Finished with a full satin liner and genuine leather sweatband for a comfortable, secure fit, it includes an original hat box.

Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $75 or more; orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.95. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with tags in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the buyer, unless your item arrived damaged, wrong, or never arrived — in those cases we replace it or refund you in full and cover the postage.

Each product page lists that hat’s available sizes and its X rating — the higher the X, the finer the felt or straw. Measure around your head just above the ears and match the closest size. Natural felt, fur, straw and leather vary slightly in grain and shade from piece to piece — that is the material, not a defect.
